Welcome to the Horizon Educational Systems website!

Whether you are considering homeschooling for the first time or are already a member of Horizon Education Systems, this website will provide useful information to help you along the way.

Who is H.E.S.?  provides you with answers to many questions regarding private schools and what H.E.S. offers to its students.
You may also find additional  information on the  "H.E.S. Requirements/Schedule/Info document".  Available in the following downloadable formats: word (.doc)  or  pdf .)

To those considering Horizon Educational Systems and to those that are already enrolled with H.E.S., the Forms and Resources page was created to provide needed forms, resources and links that you will need throughout the year.  Watch for updates and other helpful information from time to time.

After reading the information about who H.E.S. is, and you would like to apply for membership, you may use the downloadable application form.  Print it, fill out the information and submit it back to H.E.S. by U.S. mail.  You will also find the "H.E.S. Statement of Faith" on this page as well.

We have also included the direct link for S.H.A.R.E. support group. This homeschool support group is comprised of over 600 families throughout the Manatee/Sarasota counties and beyond. S.H.A.R.E. provides educational events, sports, small groups and so much more!  Check out their website to see what is going on and get involved!
