To those considering Horizon Educational
Systems and to those that are already enrolled with H.E.S.,
the Forms and Resources page was created to
provide needed forms, resources and links that you will need throughout
the year. Watch for updates and other helpful information from
time to time.
After reading the information about who H.E.S. is,
and you would like to apply for membership, you may use the downloadable
application form. Print it, fill out the information and
submit it back to H.E.S. by U.S. mail. You will also
find the "H.E.S. Statement of Faith" on
this page as well.
We have also included the direct link for S.H.A.R.E.
support group. This homeschool support group is comprised of over 600
families throughout the Manatee/Sarasota counties and beyond. S.H.A.R.E.
provides educational events, sports, small groups and so much
